After 15 years of experience with world-renowned private collections, Isabelle Zara Edwards brings her discretionary eye, excellent taste, and extensive expertise to IZE Advisory, where she builds, curates, and maintains collections of the highest caliber for individuals and corporations. Through various services, such as accessing exclusive purchase opportunities, traveling to the major art fairs internationally on behalf of clients, sourcing works from blue-chip to emerging artists, maintaining and curating, she works closely with her clients to form focused collections based on their tastes and goals.

Throughout her distinguished tenure in the art world, Isabelle has established herself as a highly sought-after professional working with museum-quality Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary private collections. Following the completion of her Masters in Art History with honors from the University of St Andrews, Scotland she began her career in London working for one of the most outstanding privately-owned Impressionist and Modern collections in the world, honing her skills in collection management, handling many collection loans to significant museums globally, and collaborating on curated exhibitions and publications for the gallery. Her time with the collection culminated with the exhibition of 100 highlights from the Nahmad Collection: Miro, Monet, and Matisse at Kunsthaus Zurich.

In 2011 Isabelle joined the global team at Gagosian New York’s headquarters where she directed Larry Gagosian’s private collection. During her nine years with the gallery, she spear-headed many large-scale interiors projects, including their design and art curation; negotiated valuable museum loans for exhibitions at many renowned institutions, such as the Centre Pompidou, Fondation Beyeler, the Getty, Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, SFMOMA, Tate Modern, Whitney Museum of American Art, to name a few; and managed significant sales related to the collection, inclusive of handling all auction consignments, bidding and negotiating sale terms.

Since founding IZE Advisory in 2021, she has established a network of loyal clients internationally, continuing her commitment to curating and strategically building well-rounded excellent collections with her vast experience and expertise.
